If your child has been feeling anxious, overwhelmed, emotional, or having a hard time settling their body, this gentle 30-minute session is designed to help them release what they may not have the words to express yet.

Children process emotions differently than adults, and often hold stress in their bodies without fully understanding what they’re feeling. This session creates a safe, calm space for their nervous system to settle and their energy to gently rebalance.

What Happens During the Session

Settling In (10 Minutes)
We begin with a short, relaxed check-in to help your child feel comfortable and safe in the space. There is no pressure to talk or share anything they don’t want to. This time allows them to ease into the session in a way that feels natural for them.

Reiki Energy Healing (20 Minutes)
Your child will then sit or lie down—whatever feels most comfortable—while I gently work with their energy field using Reiki. This helps release emotional buildup, calm the nervous system, and support their body in returning to a more balanced, regulated state.

Why This Session Matters

Kids don’t always have the tools to process big emotions like anxiety, frustration, anger, or overwhelm. Instead of trying to talk it out, this session allows their body to release what it’s been holding in a gentle and supportive way.

After the Session

After your child’s session, I’ll share simple insights with you about what I noticed during the healing, along with light guidance on how to continue supporting them at home if needed.
