If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, emotionally heavy, or like your energy has been scattered for too long, this 90-minute session gives us the space to slow down, understand what your system has been holding, and begin releasing it. This is my most comprehensive session and the best place to start if you want deeper support working with your energy, emotions, and nervous system. We don’t rush and we don’t jump straight to the table. Instead, the session unfolds based on what your body and energy actually need that day so the work can be guided, grounded, and intentional.

What Happens During the Session

Intuitive Energy Coaching
We begin with a grounded one-on-one conversation to explore what you’ve been experiencing and what your body has been holding. This helps us identify where your energy has been leaking, where emotional buildup may be stored, and what you’re ready to release. This part of the session helps your nervous system feel supported instead of pushed and gives us direction for the healing work.

Oracle Card Reading
Next we move into a past, present, future oracle card reading to bring forward guidance from your higher self and spiritual support system. This helps illuminate what you are moving out of, what energy is active right now, and what is opening for you next. The reading provides insight and clarity so the healing session aligns with what your system truly needs.

Full-Body Reiki and Chakra Balancing
You’ll then rest comfortably on the healing table while I work with your energy field. This includes hands-on Reiki and chakra balancing to help clear energetic buildup, emotional residue, and stored stress from the body. Because we have the full 90 minutes together, your system has time to soften, settle, and move into a deeper state of release and recalibration.
